My husband and I were lucky to have Megan photograph all three major stages in becoming first-time parents: maternity, birth, and newborn. For each session she came prepared with ideas, suggestions, and embodied professionalism in her craft. Megan brings an air of calm, confidence and passion, creating a fun atmosphere that makes for a special, memorable experience. Each session also showcased a different set of skills. For maternity, she was flexible, dynamic. For birth, I hardly noticed she was there, and yet she captured some beautiful, key moments. For newborn, we simply followed Megan's lead while doting on our baby boy, and she's a natural with the little babes. As for the photo magic, we couldn't be happier with the results! I love each batch for different reasons. The birth was especially incredible to witness from another perspective, since that was entirely experiential and un-staged. All of it was so very special, and I'm so pleased we'll always have these cherished memories to look back on and share with our son. I highly recommend booking Megan as your photographer for any or all of these birth milestones!

Megan was incredibly sweet and assertive to my daughter's needs and birth plan. My daughter is a teen mom and has faced some judgmental looks from people in our community. We had no such response with Megan. If anything she fought for anything my daughter might need. Which we appreciate so much. I work full time and it was a relief to have another woman supporting my daughter through her pregnancy and Delivery. She is a godsend and I recommend her doula and photography services to anyone!
